Общи понятия: медикаменти, необходими консумативи, стерилност. Общи понятия за болката на меките тъкани. Предадена болка.

• Китка и длан: анатомия и топографска анатомия, функционални тестове, упражнения по палпация и скициране .

Поставяне на инжекция: Art. Radioulnaris distalis – Lig. Collaterale carpi ulnare – Lig. Collaterale carpi radiale – Mm. Extensor carpiradialis longus et brevis, insertion – m. Extensor carpiulnaris, insertion – Flexor carpiradialis, insertion – m. Flexor carpiulnaris, insertion – Art. Carpometacarpalis pollicis – Vagina tendinum mm. abductoris longi et extensor pollicis brevis  – Щракащ палец – M. Flexor pollicis longus – Carpal tunnel – Art.  Interphalangeales- Art. Intercarpales

• Лакът: анатомия и топографска анатомия, функционални тестове, упражнения по палпация и скициране

Поставяне на инжекция: Art. cubiti– Залавно място на M. biceps brachii, Залавно място на – M. triceps brachii, Залавно място на M. supinator – Epicondylitis тип 4 – Epicondylitis тип 2 и 3 – Epitrocleitis (Голф лакът) – Тенис лакът

• Рамо: анатомия и топографска анатомия, функционални тестове, упражнения по палпация и скициране

Вътреставна инжекция в рамото   –  Поставяне на инжекция:  Art. Acromioclavicularis – Bursa subdeltoidea, pars superficialis – Bursa subdeltoidea, pars subacromialis – Bursa coracoidea – Залавно място M. supraspinatus – Залавно място M. infraspinatus – Залавно място на M. Subscapularis – Начално място на М. biceps brachii caput longum.

• Тазобедрена става: анатомия и топографска анатомия, функционални тестове, упражнения по палпация и скициране

Вътреставнa инжекция в ТБС –  Поставяне на инжекция:  Bursa trochanterica – Bursa iliopectinea (Psoas bursa) – Bursa Ischiadica – Начално място на Mm. ischiocrurales, Bursa mm. glutei, Латерална инфилтрация – Bursa mm. glutei, вертикална инфилтрация – M. adductor longus, начално място

• Коляно: анатомия и топографска анатомия, функционални тестове, упражнения по палпация и скициране

Вътреставнa инжекция в коляното –  Lig. tibiofibularis anterior – Lig. Collaterale fibulare – Lig. Meniscotibialis (Coronary ligaments) – Залавно място на m. quadriceps femoris на супрапателарно ниво – Залавно място на пателарното сухожилие на субпателарно ниво

• Глезен: анатомия и топографска анатомия, функционални тестове, упражнения по палпация и скициране

– Вътреставна инжекция на глезена  – Art. Subtalaris (pars anterior et posterior) – Art. Metatarsophalangea I – Art. Interphalangeaes pedis – Лезии на Сезамовидни и метатарзални костици – Dancer’s heel (заден импинджмънт синдром)– Aponeurosis plantaris (Плантарна фасция), начално място – Повърхностен плантарен фасциит – Lig. Talofibulare anterius, Залавно мясно на Fibula – Lig. Talofibulare anterius, Залавно мясно на Talus – Lig. Calcaneocuboideum – Lig. Теорията ще бъде последвана от практически упражнения върху анатомични парчета от прасе и  инфилтрации, приложени върху  демо пациенти.

– Specialized in Sports Medicine at the University of Verona on 07/25/89 with a score of 70/70,
– Consultant in charge of the Institute of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation of the University of Verona from 3 July 1979 to 31 December 1981,
-Responsible of the Anesthesia service of the Pederzoli Hospital in Peschiera del Garda from 1st January 1982 to 31st December 1990,
-Head of the Functional Rehabilitation Service of the Pederzoli Hospital from January 1, 1989 to December 31, 2003,
-Head of the Service and Functional Rehabilitation Department of the Chierego and Perbellini Nursing Home from 1st September 2003 to 30th August 2007,
-Head of the service and of the Orthopedic Rehabilitation Department of the Zevio Hospital from 1st September 2007 to July 2012.

The current field of interest of Dr. Ridulfo is mainly the use of manipulations and infiltrative therapy in back pain, sports medicine and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Together with other colleagues, he is developing an innovative system to solve tendon, muscle and ligament problems (www.proloterapia.net).
